Invoices for Orders That Can Move Forward Right Away

Kowal Auto Invoice automatically creates Magento 2 invoices for orders that do not require waiting for standard payment confirmation. This is a practical solution for cash on delivery (COD), deferred payments, and other sales models in which the order can be forwarded for fulfillment immediately.

You only need to specify in the configuration which payment methods and shipping methods should trigger automatic invoice creation. An order qualifies when it matches at least one of the selected methods: payment or shipping. Once the invoice is created, Magento moves such an order to processing status, allowing the team to begin picking and shipping without delay.

Less Manual Work, Faster Fulfillment

Instead of manually opening orders and issuing invoices one by one, the warehouse team receives orders that are ready for fulfillment. This reduces repetitive tasks, lowers the risk of missing an order, and standardizes the process across the organization.
