On shop.vitcas.com, the largest review base was created in the English store (EN). After launching additional language versions (DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, SE, CZ), the new store views had few reviews, which reduced product credibility in new markets.

Kowal Review Translation enabled:

  • translation of review content from EN into the other languages (per Store View),

  • keeping one review and one set of ratings in Magento (without copies),

  • immediate “completion” of new language versions with social proof,

  • adding a “Show original” button on the frontend so users can view the source version.

Result: new language versions launch with full product credibility, without waiting to collect reviews from scratch.

Case Study: VITCAS Ltd – Technical Product Descriptions? The Module Delivered!

VITCAS Ltd is a brand with a highly technical product range: high-temperature materials, insulation, adhesives, seals, and products whose descriptions are not marketing copy, but precise information: parameters, standards, operating temperatures, applications, warnings, instructions, and often multi-level content formatting.

When launching the Italian version of the store negozio.vitcas.it, our task was to translate the entire product database into Italian in a way that:

  • preserved the technical meaning without attractive but incorrect translations,

  • did not disrupt the structure of descriptions, including headings, lists, spacing, and paragraphs,

  • could be implemented quickly without manually rewriting content.

It was a real-world test, and this is where the module showed its greatest value. The translations generated in the process:

  • were very strong in terms of subject matter accuracy, preserving the technical context, values, and meaning of the content,

  • maintained the formatting of product descriptions, including lists, paragraphs, and content layout, so no manual cleanup was needed,

  • made it possible to launch the Italian store version in a short time, without a lengthy step-by-step translation process.

Most importantly, the implementation was simple: store view configuration, product selection, and starting the translation process. No Excel exports, no copy and paste, and no additional tools along the way. Once the process was complete, the content was saved directly in the target store view and ready for publication.

The result of this implementation was strong enough that, after the successful translation and launch of the Italian version, the client commissioned additional markets: the Netherlands, Sweden, and the Czech Republic. The module is therefore not a one-time trick, but a tool for scaling content that works especially well where descriptions are demanding and accuracy matters.

As part of one consistent ecosystem, we implemented a set of Magento 2 modules that together organize all additional information and visual elements visible to customers.

With the Labels, Product Info, Social Media Icons, Payment Icons, and Shipment Icons modules, the product page in the Vitcas Ltd store gained a clear structure, logical content organization, and a modern visual form. Customers can immediately see key product features, available payment and delivery methods, and additional trust-building information that supports the purchase decision.

The entire solution was designed to avoid overloading the product page with content, while effectively highlighting the most important information through icons, labels, and short messages. The result is better UX, greater offer clarity, and a consistent product presentation standard—especially important in international and technical sales, where information accuracy is essential.

VITCAS Ltd is a company operating in multiple markets, serving both individual customers and businesses. In this project, the key goal was to improve checkout without changing user habits.
