Earn points, unlock rewards and use them on future orders

Loyalty & Rewards is a customer loyalty program that rewards eligible shopping and engagement activities with points. Points are stored in your loyalty account and can be used as a discount when your cart meets the redemption rules.

How the default program works

• You earn points from eligible purchases after the order reaches the configured completion status.
• Purchase points are calculated from product value after discounts. Shipping is not counted for earning or redemption thresholds.
• By default, 100 points can be exchanged for a 10.00 discount in the store base currency.
• You need at least 100 available points to use points at checkout.
• Your eligible cart value must be at least 100.00 before you can pay with points.
• Points can cover up to 30% of the eligible cart value unless the store changes this limit.

Your loyalty dashboard

After joining the program, you can open your loyalty dashboard to check available points, pending points, expiring points, point history, rewards, challenges, badges and referral information.
