Earn Points for Purchases

Earn points when you shop

Eligible orders can generate loyalty points automatically. In the default setup, points are calculated from product value after discounts. Shipping charges and extra shipping fees are excluded from the earning base.

Example

If the eligible product value after discounts is 108.20 and the active rule grants 1 point for every 10.00, the order can earn 10 points. The exact number may change when the administrator changes the earning rule, rounding mode or eligible amount basis.

When points appear

• Points are calculated after the order reaches the configured earning status.
• By default, this status is Complete.
• Points may appear as pending first if the store uses an activation delay.
• Returned or refunded orders may reverse previously earned points.
