Earn points for approved product reviews

Product reviews help other customers make better purchasing decisions. When the Product Review Reward rule is active, a registered customer can receive loyalty points after a submitted review is approved by the store team.

How review rewards are granted

• You must be signed in or submit the review as a customer linked to your account.
• The review must be approved by an administrator.
• Points are added once per approved review.
• The reward appears in your point history as a product review event.
